To login to the charity portal you will need to go to charity.resupplyapp.com. You will enter your login info, which should be your email address you use at your charity and whatever password your account manager set. Please be aware that the login page is case sensitive so enter your email and password with the correct upper and lowercases.
If your login info does not work when attempting to login for the first time, please inform your account manager. For any other times, please reach out to charity support; charity@resupplyme.com, and they will be able to reset your login info.
