Up to two users may receive notifications for all store locations, and each individual store can have an additional user receive notifications for them. Notifications are via email and text if you enter a text enable number.

 

Charity-specific (All store locations)

1. From the top left, navigate to settings.

2. From the contacts tab, you will have visibility over your contacts. Only primary and driver contact will receive notifications. Update primary/driver contact name, email, and/or text-enabled phone to whomever you want to receive notifications.

3. Edit as needed and press save.

Store-specific 

1. From the top left, navigate to stores.

2. Your store(s) will appear in a list. On the right side, select the paper (open) icon for the store schedule.

3. From the store info tab, you will have visibility over your store info. Located in the top right, select edit store and update primary contact name, email, and/or text-enabled phone to whomever you want to receive notifications.

4. Edit as needed and press save.
