If you would like to see what items were donated for each donation, you can see donation information from the charity portal. Photos of items are only in the system once the donation has been delivered and marked complete.
ReSupply does not require photos for bags/boxes of items. Haulers are allowed to use the same photo if multiple items are clearly shown in the photo. E.g. One photo has a couch, side table and rug clearly in it. The hauler is allowed to upload that one photo three times for each of the items.
1. From the top left, navigate to donations or data.
2. Your donation(s) will appear in a list. On the right side of the donation you want to look into, select the paper (open) icon for the donation details.
3. From the donation content tab, you will have visibility over:
- Store info
- Loading dock manager
- Content
- Items
