Your charity store zone are the zip codes that you are informing ReSupply that you are okay with receiving donations from.
If you have no restrictions on where you can accept donations, please inform your account manager and they will happily adjust your zone to fully match the hauler/s in your area or create an XX mile radius from your store locations.
You can edit zones from the charity portal.
1. From the top left, navigate to stores.
2. Your store(s) will appear in a list. On the right side, select the paper (open) icon for the store zone.
3. From the schedule tab, you will have visibility over your default and weekly schedules. Beneath each day, select zone for that day’s covered areas. Scroll down to see the input and map for zones.
4. Add, edit, or delete ZIPs as needed and press save. Each day that you will be open will require having zip codes entered into the zone.
